Why New Zealand wool?

New Zealand, along with Australia, are leading producers of wool, which, thanks to its high quality, is considered the best in the world. Over the years, New Zealand sheep have developed the ability to withstand extreme weather conditions (over 30°C in summer and around -30°C in winter), allowing them to survive these extreme temperatures. Their wool possesses incredible thermoregulatory properties. In winter, it retains heat, which is then transferred to your body, and in summer, it provides a pleasant coolness while simultaneously releasing excess heat and moisture, preventing the blanket from overheating and preventing sweating. Wool is an antibacterial and antistatic fiber. Thanks to the presence of lanolin, which protects the sheep from external pollutants, the wool yarn is self-cleaning, repels dirt, dust, and odors. New Zealand wool is hypoallergenic, ideal for allergy sufferers, and also has healing properties.
