TLLL Gift Card
It can be purchased and redeemed only at www.thelovelovelife.com
When purchasing, you can provide us with an e-mail address to which the gift voucher will be sent. The recipient will receive a "surprise" email with a discount code to be used at www.thelovelovelife.com
All you have to do is print out the paper version of the card after purchasing it and enter the unique card code received by e-mail. You can download it from the e-mail and here . Download the printable file here.
The voucher is valid for an indefinite period.
Orders
If the contents of the package do not match the order, please contact us urgently by e-mail at shop@thelovelovelife.com
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at shop@thelovelovelife.com
If the order has not been processed by the warehouse and courier, this is possible.

Delivery
We are currently shipping to selected countries in Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Poland.
The order should be delivered within 2 working days (Poland) and 7 working days in Europe from the moment the payment is credited.
Pre-order is the purchase of a product before its premiere. The delivery time for this order (including a product in the basket that is not a pre-order as a whole order) will usually be completed within 14-30 business days.
In Poland, all orders are carried out via the Inpost courier company. Shipping cost is:
to the indicated parcel locker - PLN 16
delivery by courier - PLN 18
delivery by courier, cash on delivery - PLN 21
Within Europe, shipments are made via DPD courier. The shipping cost is PLN 65. We do not realize download packages.

Returns
You can use convenient returns, the link can be found here : Convenient Returns
or
send the parcel containing the returned goods and a legibly completed return form to the warehouse address below.
In the case of cash on delivery, please provide the bank account number in the form to which the money is to be refunded.
We will be very grateful if you provide your order number when returning the product.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
We will refund the funds within 14 days from the date of delivery to the indicated address. In the case of payment methods such as:
- Przelewy24 - the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
- PayPo payments - the settlement will be reduced by the value of the return
- Payments made by payment card, the refund will be made to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.
- In the case of cash on delivery, please provide the account number for return in the form.
Exchange
The exchange of goods can be made only by ordering and paying for the selected product, and returning the previous goods in accordance with the above instructions.
Complaints
In order to submit a complaint, please send the product together with: complaint form to our address. To send your parcel as quickly as possible, we encourage you to use Convenient Returns . You can also send the parcel using the traditional method, to the warehouse address:

Please attach the complaint form , it will make the procedure easier and faster.
After receiving the package, we will forward the product for consideration and within 14 days, we will return with information on the recognition and processing of the application.
If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired or replaced with another, full-fledged one. If this is not possible, we will refund you the equivalent of the price of the goods.
