Convenient Returns

Remember that you can return it within 14 days of receiving the package. Check how to return products to the store.

1. Let us know if you want to return

Attach a return or complaint form to your return - it will significantly speed up the processing of your return.

3. Send your parcel via Convenient Returns

Choose a courier and send the package to the address of our warehouse.

4. Wait for the refund

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your return

Returned items should not show any signs of use and should have their original tags attached. Customers are only responsible for a decrease in the value of the returned Goods resulting from using them in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. The return of dirty or worn goods will result in a reduction of the return amount by the amount that the store will incur in connection with bringing the goods to a condition that allows them to be put back into circulation.

The shipment containing the returned goods and a legibly completed return form should be sent to the following address of the warehouse and the complaint department:

∙ Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
∙ We will refund the funds within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel to the indicated address.
∙ Przelewy24 payments - the funds will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
∙ PayPo payments - settlement will be reduced by the refund value.
∙ Payments made with a payment card, the refund will be made to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party.
∙ In the case of cash on delivery, please provide the account number to be returned in the form.

The exchange of goods can only be made by ordering and paying for the selected product, and returning the previous goods in accordance with the above instructions.

To make a complaint about the goods, you need to print the complaint form and fill it out legibly, providing all contact details and a description of the defect.

Pack the complained product thoroughly and tightly together with the completed complaint form.

The buyer will be notified by e-mail about how the complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.

If a complaint is accepted in the case of a Customer who is a consumer, the cost of delivering the defective Product to the Seller is borne by the Seller.

Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.
