Convenient Returns

Please note that you have 14 days from receiving your package to return it. Learn how to return items to the store.

Goods purchased in the online store are not subject to return or complaint in the stationary store.

1. Let us know if you want to return

Select the products to return. In the case of a complaint, fill in the field with additional information about the advertised product

2. Pack the products you want to return

Please include a return or complaint form with your return - this will significantly speed up the processing of your return.

3. Send your parcel via Convenient Returns

Choose a courier and send the package to the address of our warehouse.

4. Wait for the refund

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your return

Returned items should not show signs of use and should have original tags attached. Customers are only responsible for the diminished value of returned Goods resulting from their use in a manner other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Returns of soiled or used goods will result in a reduction of the refund amount by the cost the store incurs to restore the item to a condition suitable for re-sale.

The package containing the returned goods and a clearly completed return form should be sent to the following warehouse and complaints department address:

∙ Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
∙ We will issue a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the indicated address.
∙ For Przelewy24 payments - the refund will be processed in the same way the payment was made.
∙ For PayPo payments - the settlement will be reduced by the value of the return.
∙ For payments made with a payment card, the refund will be credited to the bank account associated with the Buyer's payment card.
∙ In case of cash on delivery payments, please provide your bank account number for the refund in the form.

Goods can only be exchanged by ordering and paying for the selected product, and returning the previous item according to the instructions above.

COMPLAINT

Download the complaint form. 

To make a complaint, you must print the complaint form and fill it out legibly, providing all contact details and a description of the defect.

Carefully and securely package the complained product along with the completed complaint form.

The buyer will be notified by email of the outcome of the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.

If the complaint is accepted for a customer who is a consumer, the cost of delivering the defective Product to the Seller shall be borne by the Seller.

Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.
