REGULATIONS OF THE Love Love Life COMPETITION
§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Regulations define the rules for conducting the competition called “Win the Moon” (hereinafter referred to as the Competition).
2. The Competition is organised by The Love Love Life brand.
3. The competition is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the official profile of the The Love Love Life brand Instagram.
4. Throughout the duration of the Competition, these Rules and Regulations will be available on the website thelovelovelife.com
5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time during its duration.
§ 2 DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
The competition starts on December 8, 2025 and ends on December 9, 2025
§ 3 COMPETITION TASK
1. In order to take part in the Competition, you must correctly complete the Competition Task, which consists of performing all the following activities during the Competition:
a) you must enter the Competition by publishing the answer to the question in the competition post: “What do you like most about our things?”
2. The answer sent by the Participant, referred to in point 1 of this paragraph of the Competition Rules, may not contain vulgarity, offensive or indecent content, may not offend religious feelings or good manners, may not contain advertising content relating to any other entities, with the exception of advertising content relating to the Organizer and the products they offer, and may not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular personal rights, copyrights and the right to image protection.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to remove or demand removal and exclusion from participation in the Competition, and thus deprive the right to receive the Prize of a Participant who has violated, among others, points 3 and 4 this paragraph of the Regulations and the Participant who: undertakes actions using an account/profile created in violation of Instagram rules.
§ 4 COMPETITION PRIZES
1. The prize in the competition is one Moon Bruno sweater
2. The Prize will be awarded to one Competition Participant whose Competition Entry is deemed the most interesting and creative by the Competition Committee.
3. The Organizer decides on the type of prize awarded to the Competition Participant.
§ 5 SELECTION OF WINNERS
1. The Competition winners will be selected by the Competition Jury appointed by the Organizer, consisting of three (3) persons.
2. After the end of the Competition period, by December 12, 2025.
a) The Competition Committee will select one (1) Competition Participant who will receive the Prize (hereinafter referred to as the Winner);
b) The Organizer will publish information about the win under the Winner's winning comment on Instagram via its Official Profile and a request to contact the Organizer within 3 days via a private message on Instagram.
3. Failure to contact, exceeding the permissible response time or sending incorrect data will result in the Winner losing the right to the Prize.
4. The Organizer does not intend to inform Participants who are not Winners about their individual results in the Competition.
§ 6 PRIZE TRANSFER
1. Within 3 days of being informed of the win, the Winner will be asked by the Organizer to send their shipping details in a private message: name, surname, address/or parcel locker number, contact telephone number/or e-mail address.
2. The Prize will be shipped within 30 days of receiving the data from the Winner in accordance with paragraph 2 above.
3. The Winner’s entitlement to receive the Prize expires in the event of failure to meet or untimely fulfillment by the Winner of the requirements specified in these Regulations, in particular the obligations specified in paragraphs 1 or 2. b) refusal to collect the Prize by the Winner, provision of incorrect data for shipping the Prize, failure to collect the Prize and its return to the sender by the courier.
§ 7 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
1. All complaints regarding the Competition should be submitted to the Organizer in writing, by registered mail to the Organizer's address. with the note "Win the Moon" within 14 days of the end of the Competition. The postmark date will determine compliance with the deadline.
2. A written complaint should include: the name and surname of the person submitting the complaint, their exact correspondence address, telephone number, the complaint claim and the justification for submitting the complaint.
3. All complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt. The Organizer will immediately notify the complainant of the results of the complaint process in writing to the correspondence address provided by the complainant.
§ 8 PERSONAL DATA
1. By successfully completing the Competition Task, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data provided in connection with their participation in the Competition for purposes related to the conduct and proper adjudication of the Competition, including the delivery of Prizes and payment of taxes. Therefore, the Participant consents to the transfer of their personal data to the Organizer, who is responsible for sending the Prize.
2. Personal data will be stored for the purpose referred to in §8 above for the duration of the Competition. After this period, the Organizer may store such data for the Organizer's legitimate purposes, which include pursuing claims and protecting against third-party claims, as well as responding to requests from relevant state authorities – for the limitation period for claims and for the period during which state inspections may be initiated.
3. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to consent to their processing will prevent participation in the Competition and receipt of the Prize.
4. Participants may withdraw their consent to the processing of their data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. However, submitting such consent constitutes withdrawal from the Contest.
