Job description:
We're looking for a dedicated individual who will passionately and professionally serve our customers in our brick-and-mortar store. This position is ideal for those who are interested in fashion, value interpersonal skills, and are able to create a friendly workplace atmosphere.
Your tasks:
- Professional and friendly customer service – helping with product selection, building relationships, and ensuring a unique shopping experience.
- Taking care of the appropriate display of goods and the aesthetics of the store.
- Cash register and sales system operation.
- Receiving and checking deliveries, keeping the warehouse tidy and replenishing any shortages on the sales floor.
- Inventory control and reporting to the manager.
- Constant cooperation with the manager and office regarding orders and organization of store work.
- Promoting brand values and building a positive company image.
Who are we looking for?
- People with experience in a similar position (experience in the fashion industry is welcome).
- Someone with high personal culture, communication skills and a positive approach to the client.
- A person interested in fashion who knows current trends and is happy to advise clients.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of English (to serve foreign clients).
- Knowledge of MS Office will be an additional advantage.
