Report from our camp in Zakopane
We did it again!
Our next trip, another lot of good memories for the diary, new acquaintances for the contact list, and for some, fresh skills for the life portfolio!
Our camps are already a cult thing. You have to do it at least once in your life to feel this totally girly vibe.
This time, for the first time, our base was En Hotel , a mountain sanctuary in the heart of the Tatra National Park. This amazing place delighted us with its elegance, refined architecture and high-level professional service, which we would like to thank here. During these 4 days, thanks to these wonderful people, we felt at home and at the same time luxuriously taken care of. The hotel not only provided us with a comfortable rest after days spent on the road, but also provided a perfect background for evening meetings during which we could share our impressions and memories.
The photo report was taken care of by none other than Dorota Szulc. That's right, the busiest photographer in Poland accompanied us both on ski tours and in relaxation, without putting the camera down even for a moment, and see the effects below.
This trip was unique not only because of the (as always) picturesque and spectacular ski touring routes, but also because of the unique atmosphere created by our wonderful participants. Regardless of whether the girls already knew each other or were strangers, the spirit of mutual support, understanding and willingness to build nice relationships could be felt from the first day, during our joint introduction dinner at En Hotel . By the way, experiencing the cuisine served that day by the team of the Stara Papiernia restaurant located in the hotel intensified all these positive vibrations. Because a woman who is well-fed is a happy woman!
The conditions in the Tatra Mountains initially did not make us optimistic. For a few weeks back, we had been in constant contact with Grzegorz Bargiel, who was responsible for leading our ski touring trips in the mountains, and together we were monitoring the weather and wondering if it would "work" at all. And here we are once again convinced that inviting professionals to cooperate was a great decision! Despite the total lack of snow in Zakopane, Kuźnice and the surroundings of our hotel, our team of guides: Grzegorz Bargiel, Jędrek Baranowski, Wojtek Karpiel, Vadym Gapko and Paweł Strzelecki took us to places in the Tatra Mountains where we found a real Winter Wonderland as if from a postcard! Full professionalism, a wealth of knowledge, care and attention, a great sense of humor and motivation to exceed our limits - this mix guaranteed us an unforgettable time full of adventures and laughter that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you gentlemen!
Of course, our camps are not only about ski tours but also about relaxation afterward. This part of the trip is as important to us as sports activities. As always, the irreplaceable Kasia Tochman, who conducted yoga classes every day after returning from the mountains, took care of properly calming our heads and relaxing our bodies.
This camp was not only an opportunity to discover the beauty of the mountain landscape, but also to make new friends. By spending time skiing together, sharing the joy of achieved goals and supporting each other in difficult moments, we created unforgettable memories, built valuable relationships and strengthened our sisterhood. This experience will remain in our memory forever as a time full of good humor, adventures, new acquaintances and self-discovery.
We would also like to thank all our partners who made sure that our participants felt pampered:
